Instant Sort
Let Beehive Photo Archive analyze and organize every new photo in the incoming folder without a photo-by-photo approval step.
Intelligent photo organization for Windows
Let our digital worker bees intelligently organize an entire incoming folder, review their suggestions before anything moves—or give them a coffee break and sort your photos by hand. Every route leads to one searchable photo archive on your computer.
The familiar problem
A shoot becomes a folder. A trip becomes six more. Before long, years of meaningful photographs are scattered across drives with filenames like DSC_5034.JPG.
Beehive Photo Archive began with a simple idea: organizing a photo collection should feel manageable. Choose how much help you want, then turn scattered photographs into a visual archive you can actually use.
From incoming folder to archive
Give the program a folder of photos. It helps with the repetitive work while you stay in control of your archive.
Choose an incoming folder, or safely copy photos into it from a phone, camera, USB drive, or memory card.
Sort manually, review intelligent suggestions, or let Instant Sort organize all new photos automatically.
Photos are organized into category folders and indexed in a visual library you can search and filter.
Work your way
Use intelligent analysis when it saves time, stay fully hands-on when you prefer, and return to your archive whenever you need to find something.
Let Beehive Photo Archive analyze and organize every new photo in the incoming folder without a photo-by-photo approval step.
Analyze a review-first batch, adjust the suggested categories and details, then approve the move plan.
Review each photograph yourself, choose its category, add useful details, and approve every move.
Browse thumbnails, search stored details, mark favorites, and correct a category whenever your archive needs a human touch.
Good questions
